I took my car in for a recall and the service department was amazing! Robert was so fast and had the car ready at the time promised. They even let me borrow a courtesy car. When I got back my car was cleaned inside and out and the process was so smooth and fast.With busy lives efficiency is the most important to me and they had all of that! Thank you guys so much!! ????????

Update: Nick the general manager did reach out as you can see below. I emailed him and he apologized for what happened and refunded me my money back. I have been going to toyota since I purchased my car and never had a problem until this incident.I have always gone to Germain Toyota for my car services since purchasing my car here in 2012. I have recommend family and friends here due to always having a wonderful experience with Toyota. Yesterday I took my car in for a recall or warranty that they call, to get a new dashboard because my dashboard had melted and it became really sticky. They let me borrow a loaner since it would take a while. I have two kids, one of them has a special condition. They both had doctor spots yesterday and after the doctor appt I went straight to Toyota to get my car because I got a text it was ready. I didn’t have time to stop to put gas for the loaner car given that I was running close to the 100 miles they give you to not go over. So I hurried to Toyota. I literally used not even 1/4 of a tank and thought ok they will charge me 10-15 dollars. I today get the bill 46 dollars, I called them and spoke with Sandra and she was adamet that I signed the contract and that I even went over the mileage but that they aren’t charging me that, she even said that as a courtesy they don’t ask us to fill up the whole tank! In the first place my cars issue was not because of something I did. It was a recall. I go to them always and was thinking of getting a bigger vechile there since my family expanded but this is ridiculous. $46 dollars to fill what was not even 1/4 of a tank. I am never going back to this Toyota. I have heard of friends having problems with them but I have never experienced it until now.
Great overall car buying experience. Our sales rep, Mark Ozbourne, was very helpful at every step of the process, was patient and respected our timeframe. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about the Highlander product. Also, Matt, who was the sales manager we dealt with, got us the final deal that met the $$ threshold we were looking for. And the business manager (David), who is normally the trigger for an unpleasant experience, was not that. He matter of factly went over the paperwork and the additional options, wasn't pushy, and got us out of there in a reasonable timeframe.
I just drove through to get my car tire pressure checked.The lady at the station help me immediately.Great job??
Very helpful. Not pushy as some auto dealers can be. Staff cordial &friendly. Very nice waiting area with snacks, beverages & TV. Very clean restrooms. Altogether a very nice experience. Auto repair & service very timely, with any unexpected repairs discussed with clients first.
